Get Acrobat Reader To test your computer for compatibility please run our Compatibility Test. Forms produced by this system are in Acrobat PDF file format. Your system must have version 5.0 or higher of the Acrobat Reader to properly view these files. If you do not have the Acrobat Reader, you can download the free reader software from the Adobe Systems site. This site will provide the program and instructions for installation on your computer.
